- Nearby power outlet
- Up to 2 hours of venue access before start time for setup
- Venue Wi-Fi when available for a stronger connection
Good to know
A few details before event day
- Online event galleries are stored for 60 days after the event.
- Studio Flor brings a mobile connection; venue Wi-Fi can provide a stronger connection.
- Outdoor events may require a canopy and/or power source.
- Outdoor placement should be shaded and protected from weather when needed.
